Project Description
We developed a responsive eCommerce platform for Zen Optical using Shopify, based on a custom design provided by the client. The project focused on technical development and creating an optimized user experience for purchasing sunglasses and reserving prescription glasses, with clearly differentiated processes for each.

To meet the project goals, we developed a Shopify website that enabled the client to autonomously manage all site elements, from updating the product catalog to creating seasonal campaign banners. The layout was based on Fabienne’s custom design and adapted to Shopify’s environment to ensure smooth navigation.
One of the main challenges was establishing a dual shopping flow within the eCommerce platform: “Sun” products could be purchased directly online, while “Optical” products required an intuitive reservation system guiding customers to the in-store experience.
The interface was designed to be fully responsive, ensuring an excellent user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
Initial Situation
Zen Optical had an outdated website that no longer met modern design or functionality standards. They sought to completely revamp it using the benefits of the Digital Kit program, aiming to modernize their online presence and offer an improved user experience.
The new website needed to showcase their product catalog, divided into two main categories: “Sun,” available for direct online purchase, and “Optical,” which required a reservation system for in-store try-on or pickup. Additionally, some products needed to display no pricing, requiring a specific functionality for efficient management.
